The family room was very clean and had an extra pull-out bed, and the location was great, near the main square.

Had really nice experience, overall grand old and modern place.

The room was contemporary and nice styled and it had a balcony and a mini kitchen. Location: the hotel was adjacent to taxi to airport and the amazing park.

Overall, our Tuscan vacation was great and we had a really nice stay at this place. 🌟

The overall experience was very nice, really enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely book here again. The restaurant was good for dinner, we ordered excellent dishes. The service was GREAT, no complains at all. Could use their private parking. Central location of this lovely family run hotel was a bonus. You could walk to supermarkets and shops.

The room had a beautiful design with a practical bathroom, a balcony, and even a small kitchen to use. Watching the sunset from there was just lovely! 🌅

As an interior designer, I believe they could improve the sense of arrival with regards to the reception. I have an expectation of 4 stars and this perhaps let's it down a little. Given the space available they could improve it drastically. As we say in our industry, first impression counts. I was disappointed initally on entering however the quality of the room made up for it.

We liked that classic hotel. Well-equipped bathroom with a bidet. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to Bar il Principino with nice drinks:)))

We were upgraded on arrival! This was most appreciated as we were on our honeymoon. Our suite was super clean and very large The balcony was big and our living room was great. The bathroom was well equipped and spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Finally, the food, both breakfirst and our evening meal was excellent! I will recommend this hotel to others. Keep up the good work, your efforts are appreciated!

Lack of pool and or beach area.

The staff were really welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere was modern and quiet, and there was a spacious balcony.

Large apartements with 2 rooms and a small kitchen.

We have stayed at the hotel several times now. We have stayed as a family with grandchildren and as a family group. It has always been excellent with great facilities set in a position for the beach, the promenade with shopping and restaurants or cafes and for opportunities to see other contrasting places, eg Florence and Lucca. The park allowed us the chance to exercise or walk leisurely at the end of a day.In all aspects the Esplanade provides a splendid base to enjoy one of our favourite places - Viareggio. Thanks to all concerned!!!

Got the same spotless family room for the amenities of Viareggio booked online, truly enjoyed that. The staff was exceptionally nice all day long. The location in a coastal area was wonderful and there were a supermarket and shops nearby. Piazza Maria Luisa wasn’t far.

Meager breakfast, bad pool view, not an ideal cleaning, far from the center.
